Hey Friend, Please Read Our Policy!
Due to the nature of our products and quality control, we do not offer returns/refunds on purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to our policy, we ask that you carefully review your cart before placing your order. All Sales Are Final.
We make every effort to ensure packages arrive safely, however; we understand that accidents do occur. In the event that you should receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below.
(1). We ask that all package(s) be checked immediately. We must be notified of any damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We do require your order number, along with proof of the damaged product.
(2). Images and order number must be submitted to us via email, so we can properly assist you. In the event that your package is lost, send us your order number and we will look into the delivery. If necessary, a claim will be filed with the delivery service.
(3). In the event that your delivery was damaged, and proper steps have been taken, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit. There may be instances where you are asked to return a product back to us. We take all factors into consideration. All final decisions are at our discretion.
Shipping and Summer Heat: We take precautionary measures to avoid wax melting in transit, however, we cannot be held responsible for the summer temps. Please be aware that it’s possible in extreme heat that melting can occur. In the rare occasion that melting should occur, our carriers may not cover the item, so please keep in mind that Serendipity Scents Co. will not be held liable should melting occur. We recommend the packages be brought inside immediately on hot days.
